How do I know if an item is in stock ?
All the products we advertise are in stock, or we will "hide" them so they are not visible and will not be ordered. If things get too busy, it is possible that we may sell-out of something before we can hide the product; in this case we will contact you about the shortage and ask how you would like us to handle it.
How does the Free Shipping work?
Only some of the products we offer have a free shipping savings offer, and each offer is explained in that item's description. For example, the 2000-count BB's in Bottle have a shipping charge of $4.95, if this is the only product purchased. However, if you bought one of the pistol packages, and also a 2000-count BB's, you would only be charged the $10 shipping charge for the pistols, and the BB's would not have any additional shipping charge. Please Note: due to the shopping cart's limitations, if your order includes more than (1) item from us, the shipping charges are incorrectly shown as being added together, instead of "free shipping" on the second item or item with the lower shipping cost. The easiest thing for you is to just pay the incorrect (higher) total cost for the order, and we will then issue you a refund of the "free shipping" charge to your same PayPal or Google Checkout account, when we process your order. Alternatively, before placing your order you can contact us by clicking the "Ask Seller a Question" link on most items' display and tell us what you intend to order, and we will send you an invoice that will allow you to pay via PayPal or Google Checkout with the corrected (reduced) shipping charge instead of the automatically-generated (incorrect) total. Please be aware that this will likely slow down your purchasing, because you will need to wait to receive an invoice from us via email, and then pay it, before we will be able to ship your order. Note: we are also experiencing a problem where PayPal sometimes adds an additional $1.95 Shipping/ Handling charge to orders, due to conflicts with other websites we sell on. We will ALWAYS catch this, and Refund the over-charge back to your PayPal account.
What payment methods do you accept?
Customers must be at least 18 years of age. We accept PayPal and Google Checkout for payments, at this time. We require the customer's address to be confirmed on PayPal for the added protection it provides. If you do not already have a PayPal account, it is easy to setup an account with PayPal, and allows you to keep your credit card info confidential from the different merchants you purchase from, for your protection. For any questions related to PayPal, or to create a PayPal account, please go to http://www.paypal.com. If you do not have a Google Checkout account, you can find more info at http://checkout.google.com . Google Checkout also allows you to purchase products online, keeping your credit card info confidential, and gives you a history of all your purchases in one secure place.
I have a question that is not answered. How can I contact you to ask you something?
Please click on the "Ask Seller a Question" link on most product pages, and this will open a Pop-up window where you can provide your name, question, and email address so that we may answer you directly. Note that if you have a "popup blocker" in your browser or protective software this may prevent the popup window from opening. In this case, you can also send your name and question to: AirsoftandMore@yahoo.com, and we will be able to answer you. This is the address we send "from", if you need to add it to your address book or whitelist of senders .
What if I already tried to contact you, and have not received any reply?
We try very hard to answer all emails on the day they are received, but may occasionally be delayed answering you. If you have waited 3 days or more, there is a very good chance that we attempted to send you a Reply, but you did not receive it because our address was blocked. In this case, you may need to add our email address (AirsoftandMore@yahoo.com) to your Address Book or "white list" of accepted senders.
Do you have a telephone number I can call?
We do not currently provide a telephone number for customer contact, we rely on email to provide an accurate trail of what was said, and when. We attempt to reply to all emails on the same day, although we may take longer.
What Shipping method and carrier do you use?
Our standard shipping method is by USPS Ground. We can also provide Priority Service or even Express Service, but you will need to contact us to get a custom invoice emailed to you with the additional shipping cost. Please note that the "free shipping" for 2nd or more items will not apply if a more expensive (faster) shipping method is requested. We are sorry but we can not guarantee to respond to an inquiry on the same day, which may delay your ability to complete the order process the same day.
